  • The best way to start is by filling out our contact form. Once we receive your info, we will reach out to schedule a phone call to learn more about your dog, your goals, and which service is the best fit.

  • Yes. We offer free meet and greets for new walking, check in, and care clients. We will meet at your home or a public location to get to know your dog, go over their routine, and make sure everyone feels comfortable before we begin.

  • Training clients begin with a phone consultation. After the call, we will send over all the details, including pricing, scheduling options, and next steps to get started.

  • At this time, all walk and check in scheduling is handled manually to make sure we can best accommodate each client’s needs and schedule. Once we know your preferred days and times, we will set you up on a consistent routine.

  • We currently serve Costa Mesa, Orange county, and surrounding areas including Newport Beach, Irvine, and Huntington Beach. If you are unsure whether we travel to your location, just reach out and we will confirm.

  • We take a balanced and relationship based approach, using tools such as slip leads, prong collars, and e collars when appropriate. Tools are always introduced with care and used as communication, not punishment. Our focus is on calmness, trust, and clear understanding.

  • Life happens. We just ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can adjust the schedule and offer that spot to another client. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

  • Make sure your dog has a secure collar or harness, ID tags, and any tools we have discussed. We will handle the rest and keep you updated throughout the session.

  • Yes. We send photo and video updates so you can see how your dog is doing, whether it is during training, a walk, or a care visit. We want you to feel informed and confident every step of the way.

  • Please let us know during your initial call or meet and greet. We will create a plan that works safely and effectively for your dog’s unique needs.
